Marissa Balonon-Rosen is an Associate at Vladeck, Raskin & Clark, P.C.
Marissa Balonon-Rosen practices criminal defense as well as employment law. Prior to joining Vladeck, Marissa practiced public defense for over five years at the Bronx Defenders in the South Bronx, New Hampshire Public Defender in Manchester, and as a Rule 44b participant at the Alaska Public Defender in Ketchikan. She has defended hundreds of juveniles and adults charged with a vast array of misdemeanors and felonies, ranging from DUIs to kidnapping and homicide. She has served as a mentor to new lawyers and a supervisor to New York City law students from institutions such as Columbia Law, CUNY Law and Brooklyn Law.
