The parties reached a settlement agreement to resolve a lawsuit in federal district court related to how students with mental health disabilities were treated by the University. The settlement will result in updated Yale policies that increase equity for students with mental health disabilities. The U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, Hon. Michael P.
